It's just been one blessing after another this year and we are thrilled to have been chosen by Houzz TV to feature one of our biggest projects of 2021. Our Coral Gables California Contemporary project was so big it required a four-part reveal earlier this year - including 3 bedrooms, an office, 5 bathrooms, an open floor plan on the main level, a playroom den, and the entire backyard exterior. And now we are taking you through it in person!
Not all of our clients are always open to reveals but these clients were gracious enough to agree to the Houzz team coming into their home to film for this feature. We are so grateful to our clients and to the entire Houzz TV team that made this happen.
After spending most of the pandemic in an apartment with two young kids, this couple was ready to upgrade to a more spacious and family-friendly lifestyle. I have worked for them in the past so when they bought a home in Coral Gables, Florida and asked me to help, it was an absolute yes! We updated the dated interiors to create a bright, inviting home that blended the wife’s love of neutrals with the husband’s desire for some color. The result is a fresh, stylish home with a crisp white backdrop warmed by brass accents and energized by minimal yet meaningful pops of color.
Check out the article Step Inside a Breezy Coastal Home Full of Special Details and watch the feature below where I talk with Houzz TV host Rick Spence about how hiring an interior designer is a great way to help optimize the space of a home to maximum capacity.
